Delivery Policy Rachels Roses takes responsibility for delivering your fresh floral arrangements&nbspto the the following communities: 53012, 53024, 53092, 53037, 53097, 53074, 53080, and 53217 Also to the following Hospitals and Funeral Homes: St. Mary`s Ozaukee, Hospital, St. Joseph`s Hospital West Bend, Funeral Homes: Poole, Mueller, Schmidt Bartelt, Shramka Densow, and Eernisse.
Special arrangements can be made for urgent and high priority orders at an additional price. Please make use of the Special Instructions field to communicate your requirements.
The Standard Delivery fee is applied to all orders but may be adjusted with your permission, to accommodate remote towns, and difficult to reach locations. If an additional delivery charge is required, our staff will phone you for permission before proceeding with your order.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply.
If you wish to cancel your order less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date, your order will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.
