To ensure our customer`s personal information is protected, we use one of the safest and most secure credit card processing companies available for all our credit card transactions. Should a customer wish to pay with Paypal, they must contact our Customer Service department for instructions before the transaction can be completed. PACKING OF YOUR FLORALS Great care is taken in the packaging of your florals. However some florals may require a bit of "fluffing" upon arrival to bring the floral back to its original beauty. This is normal for all florals. Once your floral has been shipped, you will receive specific instructions for unpacking, fluffing and care of your florals.
SHIPPING Currently we only ship to continental US Locations, Canada and England at this time. We ship all orders within 2 business days after receipt of payment. We use the shipping services of UPS or USPS whichever is the most economical for your location.
SHIPPING INSURANCE AND CLAIMS As a courtesy, Floral Creations by POMA purchases adequate insurance for our customers to cover any unlikely damages that may occur during shipment. However, to be reimbursed for any damages, the customer MUST inspect all packages at time of arrival and notify the driver should any external damages be evident or there is any sound of broken glass (internal damages). Then contact us via e-mail at pomasilkflorals@yahoo.com  within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase. In addition, the customer must retain all shipping boxes and packing materials until the shipper can complete their investigation. Floral Creations by POMA will take all necessary actions to resolve the issue as quick as possible.
RETURNS All purchases are final. However, should you encounter a problem, please contact us via email within 2 days of receipt of your purchase and we will work with you to resolve any unforeseen issues. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping fees on returns are not refundable. Returned items should be packaged securely in their original packaging and original condition.
